Our Hiring Process
At BrightPipe, we’ve designed our hiring process to be thoughtful and collaborative, with the goal of making sure that if you receive an offer from us, it truly feels like the right fit for everyone. We want you to feel confident not only in the role itself, but in your ability to grow and succeed here.
We begin with a few online assessments that help us understand your problem-solving approach, personality, and the types of work environments where you do your best. From there, you’ll complete an application and have a 30-minute introductory conversation so we can get to know each other better.
If there seems to be strong alignment, you’ll be invited to participate in a hands-on technical assessment. This gives you an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and helps us understand where you might thrive within our team. You’ll also meet with a senior team member following that session.
The final stage includes conversations with your potential manager and a few additional senior team members. While this process does require a time commitment, we’ve found that taking a little extra care upfront helps ensure that when we extend an offer, it’s with mutual confidence and excitement about the future.
